  16. DESCRIPTION
  17.  
  18.     Post 1.7 is a great PostScript viewer, and my enhancements fix some
  19.     of its more glaring bugs and add functionality.
  20.  
  21.     Post V1.86enh allows the user to view PostScript documents on screen,
  22.     send them to ANY preferences supported printer (contrary to claims
  23.     made in the recent announcement of GhostScript for the Amiga), or
  24.     create an IFF-ILBM file from the PostScript file.  There are also
  25.     separate programs in the distribution (unchanged from Mr. Aylward's
  26.     distribution of version 1.7) which allow printing to the HP LaserJet
  27.     and compatibles (faster than printing through preferences) and which
  28.     allow band printing for printers with limited memory.

  30. NEW FEATURES
  31.  
  32.     * All Amigados 1.3 compatibility has been removed to facilitate a
  33.       better, more consistent user interface.  Post now uses GadTools
  34.       menus and GadTools.library generated gadgets.
  35.  
  36.     * Full-color fully 3-D windows.  Post now uses a 16-color hires
  37.       screen for all its rendering regardless of the rendering mode
  38.       selected (B&W, RGB, CMYK) for document output.
  39.  
  40.     * Full support for and use of ASL file requesters.

  42.     * Many bugs removed.  Most notably, resizing windows will not destroy
  43.       their graphical contents.

  45.     * Post now offers compatibility with SunMouse and AutoPoint
  46.       commodities with a simple checkbox gadget.

  88.     Adrian Aylward's licence (included in the source distribution) allows
  89.     for very liberal redistribution of the source and binaries, plus
  90.     modified source and modified binaries (providing that the version
  91.     numbering system is significantly different from his).  So, copy at
  92.     will, do what thou wilt.
